In the background we are working on mobilizing our business continuity plans, monitoring and responding to local conditions. Whilst we’ve had to put in place these extra measures, please be assured there are currently no disruptions to our operations. Our warehouse is still at full capacity and are ensuring all orders are processed in a timely manner. As such, DEKS is maintaining delivery services nationally and also around the world in order to support your business during this unprecedented time.
THE SAFETY OF OUR CUSTOMERS: Non-Contact Deliveries.
Please kindly note, we have implemented a contact-less policy for pick-ups and deliveries. This means we are only able to provide proof of deliveries with names and times but not signatures, as we have suspended all manual signatures on delivery. We would also like to request your delivery drivers to remain seated in the vehicle at all times, if they were to visit DEKS for any collections. Additionally, we’ve setup 24 hours secure collection boxes for your convenience, in case of any emergencies.

In line with our “Safety First” principle, we are strictly following the guidelines laid down by the the state and federal governments. We have implemented a range of safety measures to protect our employees as recommended by the Department of Health and Safe Work Australia, to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

The specification service offered by DEKS can vary from preparation of specification briefs, provide data sheets, or assisting the client with their preparation of information for their own documentation format.

Established in 1947, DEKS today forms an integral part of the essential services infrastructure providing purposely designed products for plumbing and civil applications.
DEKS provides a range of fittings that suit potable water and sewage lines applications. Our products, where recommended have been certified by WSAA for civil applications and carry the Watermark logo for all plumbing applications. We also supply purposely designed fittings for gas applications.

DEKS Industries have now implemented a 24 Hours secure order collection for Merchants and Wholesalers. The service is now operational.
Merchants, resellers and wholesalers now have the ability to collect stock at their own convenience. When your order is ready, we will provide the access code directly to your nominated mobile number and goods can be safely collected at any time. The Secure Parcel units come in a range of sizes.
Typically, a small unit can hold 6 metal Gibaults and range up to large units capable of holding a full pallet. This initiative has been in the wings from sometime. However, we have expedited the program to help ease the burden of collections on merchant and wholesale customers. The current restrictions on social distancing and the OHS requirements for COVID-19 prevent all your staff and drivers to continue to operate without the need to take unnecessary risks.
