DEKS 12-70mm Dektite Tile Roof Flashing – Nu-Lead DNL101B is designed for sealing smaller pipe and service penetrations through tile roofs.
Suitable for penetrations from 12mm to 70mm, the flexible roof boot can be trimmed on site to provide the required fit around the penetration. The flashing features a 410mm x 490mm base, providing generous coverage around the roof opening.
The long-life, weather-resistant EPDM Dektite boot is combined with a grey primed, acrylic-coated lead base designed specifically for tile roofing. The thermo-baked coating maintains the lead’s malleability while helping prevent lead leaching onto the roof and into gutters, downpipes and the water table.
This 12-70mm Dektite tile roof flashing provides a durable solution for smaller tile roof penetrations where the flexibility of an EPDM boot and formability of a lead base are required.
