DEKS Dekstrip 235mm Lead-Free Flashing 23m – DS23-235 is a versatile, expandable roof flashing solution designed for sealing roof penetrations, expansion joints and connections between different building materials.
Supplied as a 23-metre-long, 235mm-wide grey roll, Dekstrip provides a flexible, lead-free alternative to traditional lead flashing for roofing and construction applications.
Manufactured from a specially formulated thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) with an expandable concertina aluminium edge, Dekstrip can stretch up to 25%, allowing it to be formed around curved roof profiles, irregular surfaces and difficult roof penetrations.
This 235mm lead-free flashing 23m roll is ideal for extended roofing installations and projects requiring longer continuous lengths of flexible flashing material.
Dekstrip is suitable for sealing around chimneys, skylights, large round pipes, square ducts, roof valleys and expansion joints in walls and gutters.
Its flexible construction allows it to accommodate different roof profiles and building materials, while its paintable surface offers additional finishing options when correctly prepared.
