DEKS Dekstrip 305mm Lead-Free Flashing 23m – DS23-305 is a versatile and expandable roof flashing solution designed for sealing roof penetrations, expansion joints and connections between different building materials.
Supplied as a 23-metre-long, 305mm-wide grey roll, Dekstrip provides a flexible, lead-free alternative to traditional lead flashing for roofing and construction applications.
Manufactured from a specially formulated thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) with a unique concertina aluminium edge, Dekstrip can stretch up to 25%, allowing it to be formed around curved roof profiles, irregular surfaces and difficult roof penetrations.
This 305mm lead-free flashing 23m roll is ideal for extended roofing installations where a wider flashing material is required to provide additional coverage around roof details and penetrations.
Dekstrip is suitable for sealing around chimneys, skylights, large round pipes, square ducts, roof valleys and expansion joints in walls and gutters.
Its flexible construction allows it to accommodate different roofing profiles and building materials, while its paintable surface provides additional finishing options when correctly prepared.
