DEKS Dekstrip 15m x 450mm Lead-Free Roof Flashing – DS15-450 is a versatile and expandable flashing solution designed for sealing roof penetrations, expansion joints and connections between different building materials.
Supplied as a 15-metre-long, 450mm-wide grey roll, Dekstrip provides a flexible, lead-free alternative for a wide range of roofing and construction applications.
Manufactured using a specially formulated rubber polymer with a unique concertina aluminium edge, Dekstrip can expand by up to 25%, allowing it to be shaped around curved roof profiles, large penetrations and irregular surfaces.
This 450mm lead-free roof flashing is suitable for sealing around chimneys, skylights, large round pipes, square ducts, roof valleys and expansion joints in walls and gutters.
The flexible construction makes Dekstrip particularly useful when flashing between different materials or roof profiles. Its paintable surface also allows it to be finished to complement surrounding roofing materials when prepared appropriately.
