This specially formulated repair clay is fast-setting and an ideal solution for many emergency plumbing repairs. It is easy to mix by hand and once hardened, can be drilled, tapped, filled, machined, and painted. Hardens in 60 minutes, full cure (for maximum strength) occurs after 24 hours from application. The DEKS Plumbing repair clay is ideal to fix leaks in copper pipes, freeze damaged PVC pipes, and leaking elbow and tees. It can bond to and can be used with a wide range of materials, including cold weld applications.
