DEKS Flash Seal Roof Repair Compound 1.13kg Black is a flexible rubber-polymer compound designed for sealing, protecting and repairing roof flashing and other roofing applications.
Flash Seal can be applied in wet conditions, making it a practical solution for roof repairs where weather conditions may prevent the use of conventional sealants. When applied at approximately 1.5mm thickness, it creates a waterproof seal after hardening.
The compound is also well suited to the treatment of bitumen-based products. Its 100% lead-free formulation makes it suitable for water-harvesting applications.
The black finish is designed to complement darker roofing materials and applications where a black repair compound provides a more suitable finish.
