DEKS Seldek 160-300mm Tile Roof Pipe Flashing – SDA103B is a flexible flashing solution designed for larger pipe penetrations through tile and slate roofs.
Designed to suit pipe diameters from 160mm to 300mm, this Seldek flashing is ideal for larger roof penetrations, including flues and chimneys. The flexible black EPDM rubber boot can be trimmed on site to provide a secure fit around the penetration.
The EPDM boot is securely locked to a high-grade, malleable 99.9% pure aluminium base, allowing the flashing to form to the contours of tile and slate roofing. The aluminium base is lead-free and will not stain or corrode roofs and gutters.
This 160-300mm tile roof pipe flashing provides an economical solution for sealing larger roof penetrations and is suitable for roof pitches from 0° to 45°, including penetrations on flat roofs.
