DEKS Seldek Tile Roof Pipe Flashing 12-70mm – SDA100B is a flexible pipe flashing solution designed for penetrations through tile and slate roofs.
Designed to suit pipe diameters from 12mm to 70mm, the Seldek features a flexible black EPDM rubber boot that can be trimmed on site to provide a secure fit around the pipe.
The EPDM boot is securely locked to a high-grade, malleable 99.9% pure aluminium base, allowing the flashing to form to the contours of tile and slate roofing. The aluminium base is lead-free and will not stain or corrode roofs and gutters.
This tile roof pipe flashing provides an economical solution for sealing smaller roof penetrations and is suitable for roof pitches from 0° to 45°, including penetrations on flat roofs.
