1. Repair or replace warranty
   • 1 (a) The Company warrants that its products (excluding the product categories listed in Schedule-A) are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of seven years from the date of purchase.
   • 1 (b) Subject to clause 1(c), if the product fails to operate for any reason within the warranty period and the product is returned to the place of purchase at the Buyer’s expense, the Seller will repair or replace the unit free of charge.
   • 1 (c) The warranty referred to in paragraph 1(a) is subject to the following conditions.
   • • (i) The product must be returned to the Company with proof of purchase.
     • (ii) The product must not have been tampered with in any way.
     • (iii) Failure of the product must not be due to misuse, improper installation, or incorrect usage or installation not in accordance with the Company’s recommendations.
     • (iv) Apart from any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or the Consumer Guarantee Act of New Zealand if applicable and all other warranties express or implied and whether arising by virtue of statute or otherwise are hereby excluded.
     • (v) No warranty is provided for products used outside of Australia and New Zealand.
